New Appliqué tools

	Use Appliqué > Digitize Appliqué with Holes to digitize closed-object appliqué with all necessary stitching with multiple boundaries.
	Use Appliqué > Convert to Appliqué to use to convert selected closed objects into individual appliqués.
	Use Appliqué > Combine Appliqué to break apart appliqué into component objects and recombine and resequence for efficient stitchout.
	Use Appliqué > Export Cutting File to export the current design or selected objects to SVG or EXP file format for cutting.

The following new tools have been added to the Appliqué toolbox:

The Digitize Appliqué with Holes allows you to digitize closed-object appliqué with all necessary stitching with multiple boundaries.
The Convert to Appliqué tool is enabled when at least one closed non-appliqué object is selected.
The Combine Appliqué tool is enabled when two or more appliqué objects are selected.
The Export Cutting File tool lets you export the current design or selected objects to SVG or EXP file format for cutting.
