BERNINA Embroidery Software includes a ‘customer experience improvement program’ designed to collect valuable data concerning software usage patterns. The program is entirely anonymous and is aimed at improving the features and functions of the software. However, in BERNINA V9, you can opt out of the program altogether via My Profile > Preferences.
