New BERNINA WiFi Device technology allows you to wirelessly transfer embroidery designs from BERNINA Embroidery Software 9 to USB-enabled embroidery machines. Machine files are automatically generated and sent via a standard WiFi network to an BERNINA WiFi Device plugged into a compatible machine. Design transfers are securely encrypted.
Many users have multiple machines and BERNINA WiFi will simplify the process of managing design files for different machines. For instance, you might have a machine at home and one at the holiday house. Or you may have multiple machines at home. In these cases, you may want to simplify operations by networking your machines to your BERNINA Embroidery Software 9 software via dedicated BERNINA WiFi devices.
The BERNINA WiFi feature includes BERNINA WiFi Connector software which allows you to:
Set up and delete device(s) connected with the software.
Send designs to multiple BERNINA WiFi devices via a WiFi network.
View and delete designs that have been sent to BERNINA WiFi devices.
Set the memory limit of the device(s).
Specify the file format(s) at the time of sending a design to device.
The BERNINA WiFi device is sold as an add-on although the BERNINA WiFi software will be a standard capability of the BERNINA Embroidery Software 9 software and therefore available to all BERNINA Embroidery Software 9 levels – BERNINA DesignerPlus, BERNINA Creator, and BERNINA ARTLink.
