When attempting to run your software, you may encounter the following error message:
A valid license to run BERNINA V9 could not be found...
This may happen after your Windows OS has automatically updated. The solution is to reinstall the HASP driver which controls the software licensing.
1Exit BERNINA V9.
2Select the Reinstall HASP Drivers utility from the BERNINA V9 program group.
The following message will appear.
3Let the installation procedure complete. You will see a confirmation message.
At this point, the HASP driver has been reinstalled. If the HASP error occurs again in future, repeat the process to reinstall.
