PES is a Brother machine file format which involves different combinations of hoop size and file version. Use the following procedure when saving PES designs.
1Open the file you want to export and select a suitable Brother hoop.
You will be warned if the design does not fit the hoop.
2Select File > Export Machine File.
3Choose PES as the file type. The PES Save Options dialog opens.
4Select the PES version you require from the droplist and click Save. The Export Machine File dialog saves machine (EXP) and all other file formats (PES, etc) to the My Machine Files library folder.
