The simplest way to move an object in your design is to click-and-drag it to a new position. Use the arrow keys to ‘nudge’ objects into position.
Tip If no objects are selected, using the arrow keys moves the current needle position.
Select the objects to move and click-and-drag to a new position.
For more accurate positioning, use the arrow keys to ‘nudge’ an object into position.
For even more accurate positioning, enter X:Y coordinates in the Transform toolbar. The object is centered around the coordinates you set.
Zoom in to make small adjustments. The distance the object moves depends on the current zoom factor. The greater the zoom factor, the smaller the distance moved.
