Fill closed areas with stitches using Area Fill. You can also use the tool to change the color and stitch type of Full Cross outlines.
Note The Area Fill tool only works on the cross stitch layer. It will not work with bitmap images used as backdrops.
1Select a color from the Color palette.
2Select a Fill stitch type.
3Click the Area Fill icon.
4Click within a closed area. The shape is filled in the selected stitch type and color.
Area Fill will not work within single outline shapes and some shapes with angled sides may not fill correctly. Try creating two rows of cross stitches around the outline.
